We are seeking a skilled paraplanner to support one of our key financial planners. The role

Working alongside a dedicated financial planner with full administrative support, you will be involved in every stage of the financial planning process. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting detailed research, investment analysis, and report writing.
• Preparing clear, actionable recommendations across a wide range of financial planning cases.
• Delivering exceptional, hands-on client service, attending client meetings via video and occasionally in person.
• Providing high-level support to help your planner continue to grow assets under management.
• Taking ownership where your judgment, attention to detail, and analytical skills shine.
• Level 4 Diploma (DipPFS) or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2–3 years of strong paraplanning experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for accuracy, problem-solving, and innovative thinking.
• Confidence to take ownership of your work and contribute independently.
• Experience with cash-flow modelling and financial planning systems.
