£42,000–£47,500

We are seeking a skilled paraplanner to support one of our key financial planners. The role
Working alongside a dedicated financial planner with full administrative support, you will be involved in every stage of the financial planning process. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting detailed research, investment analysis, and report writing.
- Preparing clear, actionable recommendations across a wide range of financial planning cases.
- Delivering exceptional, hands-on client service, attending client meetings via video and occasionally in person.
- Providing high-level support to help your planner continue to grow assets under management.
- Taking ownership where your judgment, attention to detail, and analytical skills shine.
- Level 4 Diploma (DipPFS) or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2–3 years of strong paraplanning experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for accuracy, problem-solving, and innovative thinking.
- Confidence to take ownership of your work and contribute independently.
- Experience with cash-flow modelling and financial planning systems.
