We're recruiting a Graduate Financial Services Administrator to join a respected and established financial planning firm based in London. This is a genuine entry-level opportunity with full training provided and clear long-term prospects.

No experience is required. What matters most is attitude, ability, and willingness to learn.

Who should apply?

Were particularly interested in graduates with degrees in:

  • Financial Services
  • Maths
  • Engineering
  • Economics or other numerate subjects

That said, any degree will be considered if you can demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and good communication.
If you've already gained some exposure to financial services, thats a bonus — but not essential.

You'll need to:

  • Be able to work from our London office
  • Be organised, reliable and professional
  • Be available to start quickly (were moving fast)

The role

You'll support Financial Advisers with administration, client documentation and liaising with providers. Its a varied, hands-on role where you'll learn how financial planning works from the inside and develop valuable, transferable skills.

This is a permanent position, although it may begin with a 3-month trial or temp-to-perm arrangement while we confirm the right long-term fit.
