What you'll do

You'll be at the technical heart of our financial planning process:

  • Produce clear, compliant, and personalised suitability reports.
  • Conduct in-depth technical research across pensions, investments, tax, and protection.
  • Support advisers in structuring and implementing complex financial planning strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation across platforms and CRM systems.
  • Liaise with providers, clients, and advisers to ensure seamless case progression.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvement, quality control, and team development.

What we're looking for

  • Level 6 Diploma qualified (Chartered status preferred).
  • Proven paraplanning experience within an IFA or financial planning firm.
  • Excellent technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and tax planning.
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and exceptional written communication.
  • A proactive, can-do mindset with a genuine passion for financial planning excellence.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, while being a collaborative team player.
