Community & Ecosystem Growth Lead

Role Overview

Were looking for a dynamic Community & Ecosystem Growth Lead to spearhead partnerships and community engagement specifically within the memecoin ecosystem. This is not a passive, wait-for-inbound roleyoull be deep in the trenches of Telegram, X (Twitter), and niche crypto circles, embedding Embr into the culture and helping memecoins scale their reach and legitimacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Community-Centric BD: Identify, reach out to, and form partnerships with rising and established SOL/BASE based memecoin projects, influencers, and community leaders.
• Meme-First Marketing: Craft timely, punchy memes, posts, and threads that inject Embr into the conversation. Ride the wave of trends, drops, and narratives across CT, Telegram, and Farcaster.
• Be the Cultural Pulse: Track sentiment, meta shifts, and narrative flips across meme projects. Feed these insights back to the core team to influence brand, product, and growth strategy.
• Narrative Amplification: Work closely with the CMO to execute Embrs storytelling strategy on the groundtranslating high-level positioning into culture-native content and interactions.
• Cultural Fluency: Stay immersed in the memecoin zeitgeistunderstand the lingo, humor, tribalism, and emotional drivers fueling different meme communities.
• Bridge Narrative + Strategy: Collaborate with brand, growth, and product teams to position Embr as the go-to growth engine for SOL/BASE meme ecosystems. Translate cultural momentum into structured, scalable BD initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years in crypto marketing, growth, or BD (web3 native experience a must)
• Proven ability to form and nurture community partnerships, especially with emerging tokens
• Strong knowledge of memecoin ecosystems, influencers, launch patterns, and pain points
• Deep presence and credibility across platforms like X, Telegram, Farcaster, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication (including meme literacy)
• Bonus: prior experience working with crypto infrastructure, launchpads
