Senior Interior Designer | Melbourne

We are partnering with a highly regarded design studio to appoint a Senior Interior Designer to join their growing Melbourne team.

This is an opportunity for an experienced and design-driven professional to take ownership of projects across a range of high-end residential, multi-residential and mixed-use developments. The successful candidate will play a key role throughout all project stages, from early concept design and client presentations through to documentation, consultant coordination and project delivery.

You will be joining a collaborative and creative environment that values strong design thinking, technical capability and attention to detail. The studio offers the chance to work closely with clients, consultants and senior leadership while contributing to thoughtful, well-resolved and high-quality design outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead interior design projects across all phases
Develop design concepts, material palettes and presentation packages
Prepare detailed documentation and coordinate with consultants
Manage client communication and stakeholder relationships
Collaborate closely with architects and broader project teams
Mentor and support junior designers where required
Ensure projects are delivered to a high design and technical standard

About You:
Proven experience as a Senior Interior Designer within Australia
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality built work
Experience across residential, multi-residential or mixed-use projects
Excellent design, communication and presentation skills
Strong technical documentation capability
Proficiency in Revit preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Collaborative, proactive and detail-oriented approach
