What does the job involve

• Lead and mentor engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy high-performance, mission-critical systems with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security.
• Architect, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline software development and deployment processes.
• Champion best practices for code quality, performance monitoring, security, and automation to ensure the delivery of robust software.
• Build and maintain distributed systems and microservices architectures that scale efficiently to meet the demands of millions of users.
• Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improve system functionality.
• Drive initiatives to reduce system complexity, improve system resilience, and ensure 99.9% uptime.
• Actively participate in technical discussions and decision-making to improve software design and architecture.
