Requirements

Educational Background:

  • Degree in Business Informatics, Information Management, Natural Sciences, or a related field.

Technical Expertise:

  • Must-Have: Analytical thinking, understanding of complex IT and system architectures, presentation skills, process-oriented thinking, workshop facilitation, and project management experience.
  • Technologies: XML knowledge (must-have), basic scripting and programming skills (nice-to-have), familiarity with W3C standards.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in mechanical engineering and plant construction (nice-to-have).

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years in knowledge and information management, ideally with experience in consulting for technical communication.

Language Skills:

  • German (C2 level), English (C1+ level).

Personality Traits:

  • Communication skills, solution-oriented, assertiveness, persuasive, active listening, team leadership, customer orientation.


Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Continuous client engagement in close coordination with project management and implementation teams.
  • Process Optimization: Identify optimization potentials and develop solution scenarios with clients.
  • IT System Landscape: Selection, implementation, and further development of clients' IT systems in the technical information environment.
  • Model Development: Develop process, metadata, and information models for systems like Component Content Management Systems, Content Delivery Portals, and knowledge graph-based applications.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Lead and moderate customer workshops to identify needs and define solutions.
  • Agile Project Management: Apply agile methodologies in project management to ensure successful project delivery.
