Tasks & Responsibilities
- Active market development to acquire new customers Building up our own customer base
- Supporting existing customers
- Contact person for our customers from the initial acquisition, through active support, to the strategic development of the collaboration
- Quotation preparation and follow-up until the contract is signed
- Project implementation together with our marketing and recruiting team
- Project coordination, deadline tracking and monitoring of processes in our CRM system
- Market screening

Hiring Process

2) On-site interview (1.5 hours) with a practical component: Candidates may be asked to complete a cold calling exercise or work through sales scenarios.
3) Follow-up interview/case study: Instead of a formal case study, candidates may be asked to simulate live calling or sales calls.
4) Final meeting with the team for cultural fit and debriefing.
