About the Job:

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Business Analyst to join our client's team and serve as a key finance partner within the PMO pillar. In this role, you will collaborate with Finance, PMO, and cross-functional teams to drive transformation initiatives from planning through execution. You will be responsible for identifying and documenting business requirements, designing and implementing enhanced financial processes and systems, and developing reporting tools that promote transparency and strategic alignment. Leveraging strong analytical skills, you will conduct gap analyses, root cause assessments, and impact evaluations to deliver actionable insights for informed decision-making. Additionally, you will monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables while supporting change management efforts through training, communication, and adoption strategies. This role requires the ability to translate complex data into clear dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level presentations that influence leadership decisions and track transformation outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or transformation roles.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, with solid expertise in financial modeling and process optimization.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in large-scale transformation or change initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences.
