Job Expectations:

- Work Schedule: Weekdays; Night Shift
- Industry: Digital IT Solutions & Consulting (BPO)
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to financial or insurance products promptly.
- Assist customers with product or policy inquiries, account or order processing, and issue resolution.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products, services, and basic financial/insurance processes to provide accurate information.
- Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for compliance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and service delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply
- BPO calls/voice support experience (financial services or insurance accounts) is a big plus
- Excellent interpersonal and English communication (written and verbal) skills
- Proficient in basic computer navigation and troubleshooting
- Can start immediately, if possible
