Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to financial or insurance products promptly.
  • Assist customers with product or policy inquiries, account or order processing, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products, services, and basic financial/insurance processes to provide accurate information.
  • Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for compliance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and service delivery.

Job Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply
  • BPO calls/voice support experience (financial services or insurance accounts) is a big plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and English communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Proficient in basic computer navigation and troubleshooting
  • Can start immediately, if possible
