About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Deployment Manager to join our client's team and support workforce planning, resource optimization, and people-focused initiatives across multiple service lines. In this role, you will align human capital strategies with business objectives by analyzing workforce trends, forecasting future needs, and improving the overall employee experience. You will collaborate closely with leaders and stakeholders to ensure the organization has the right talent, skills, and structure to drive long-term success while fostering a culture of integrity, innovation, and continuous development. You will also act as the main point of contact for the assigned joint venture partner, monitor demand, coordinate work allocation across service teams, and help shape the people model and team capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead workforce planning and resource allocation initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Analyze workforce data and trends to forecast current and future talent needs.
  • Partner with leadership and stakeholders to align people strategies with business priorities.
  • Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring quality, timelines, and deliverables are met.
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor team members to support performance and professional growth.
  • Identify process improvements and lead initiatives that enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  • Address challenges and conflicts professionally, promoting collaboration and accountability.
  • Encourage the use of digital tools and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Uphold professional, ethical, and technical standards while reinforcing organizational values.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of solid WFM experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial level role.
  • Experience in workforce planning, resource management, or operational leadership roles.
  • Exposure to audit-related processes, reporting, or operational analysis is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of accounting and general business concepts.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx.
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor team members and support career development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
  • Can start immediately, if possible.
