Job Expectations:
- Position Type: Experienced - Individual Contributor
- Employment Type: Full-Time; Permanent (Direct Hire)
- Work Setup & Location: Onsite - McKinley Cyberpark, Taguig City
- Work Schedule: Mondays - Fridays; Night Shift
- Headcounts Needed: 20+ FTEs
- Industry: IT Consulting & Services
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of BPO calls/voice support experience
- Excellent interpersonal and English communication (written and verbal) skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in basic computer navigation and troubleshooting
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Can start immediately, if possible
