Job Expectations:

  • Work Schedule: Mondays - Fridays; Night Shift
  • Headcounts Needed: 20+ FTEs

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of BPO calls/voice support experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and English communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficient in basic computer navigation and troubleshooting
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Can start immediately, if possible
