About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Senior Audit Associate to join our client's team. In this role, you will lead audit engagements, ensure compliance with accounting standards, analyze complex financial issues, and provide actionable insights. You will mentor junior associates, review their work, and maintain the highest standards of accuracy and quality. You will also work closely with clients, building strong professional relationships and gaining a deep understanding of their business operations. By leveraging firm methodologies, digital tools, and innovative approaches, you will deliver exceptional value. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; CPA is a big plus.
• 3+ years of professional external audit experience.
• Experience in people management is not required, but it is a significant plus.
• Strong knowledge of audit methodologies and compliance standards.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and review the work of junior team members.
• Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and recommend improvements.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and English communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Can start immediately if possible.
