About the Job:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Test Engineer Senior Associate to join our client's Software Engineering team. In this role, you will support the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-level IT systems by ensuring software quality through effective testing practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to automation and quality assurance efforts, and help deliver reliable and high-performing solutions for our client. This role also provides opportunities to strengthen your technical expertise, improve testing capabilities, and grow within a collaborative and innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, developing, and executing test strategies for enterprise-level IT systems
• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software quality and reliability
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using modern testing tools and frameworks
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and cross-functional teams to improve product quality
• Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman and validate REST-based services
• Support integration of testing processes within CI/CD pipelines
• Identify defects, document issues clearly, and track resolution progress
• Contribute to performance and load testing activities as needed
• Participate in requirement reviews to ensure test coverage and clarity
• Apply a continuous learning mindset to adapt to evolving tools and technologies
• Analyze test results to identify patterns, risks, and areas for improvement
• Support overall quality assurance processes and uphold testing standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 4+ years of solid experience in software testing or quality assurance roles
• Experience in test automation using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman
• Familiarity with automation frameworks using JavaScript, Python, or Java
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and test integration processes
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication (written & verbal) skills
• Can start immediately, if possible
