About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager to join our client's team and lead the delivery of high-quality audit and assurance services. In this role, you will oversee audit engagements, guide teams in executing complex projects, and ensure compliance with professional and accounting standards. You will play a key role in managing client relationships, coaching team members, and driving initiatives that enhance audit quality and efficiency. This position offers the opportunity to lead with integrity, embrace innovation, and contribute to impactful client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements and initiatives.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop audit team members to enhance performance and professional growth.
• Manage client service accounts and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
• Analyze complex audit issues and provide practical recommendations and solutions.
• Drive engagement workstreams independently while ensuring timelines, quality, and deliverables are met.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
• Use technology, tools, and innovative approaches to enhance audit processes and service delivery.
• Address challenges and conflicts effectively while maintaining professionalism and clear communication.
• Uphold professional and technical standards, ensuring compliance with firm policies and codes of conduct.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy; a CPA is required
• At least 7 years of experience in external audit
• 2+ years of people management experience is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills
• Can start immediately, if possible
