About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced Audit Senior Associate to join our client's team and support the delivery of high-quality audit and assurance services. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex audit issues, mentoring junior team members, and building strong client relationships. You will work closely with engagement teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards while contributing insights that strengthen business processes and internal controls. This position offers the opportunity to deepen your technical expertise, develop leadership skills, and support impactful client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct audit procedures and ensure compliance with applicable accounting and professional standards.
• Analyze complex audit issues and provide practical recommendations to support client needs.
• Mentor and review the work of junior team members to ensure quality and professional development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop a deeper understanding of the client's business operations and industry context.
• Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
• Utilize firm methodologies, tools, and technologies effectively to deliver quality results.
• Uphold professional, ethical, and technical standards, including compliance with company policies and codes of conduct.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to innovative audit solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy; CPA is preferred
• At least 3 years of solid experience in external audit
• 1 year of people management experience is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills
• Can start immediately, if possible
