About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Salesforce Consulting Leader to join our client's Business Application Consulting team. In this role, you will lead Salesforce consulting engagements, drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives, and help clients optimize operational efficiency through Salesforce and AI-enabled solutions. You will set the direction for delivery teams, act as a trusted advisor to clients, and foster a high-performing, inclusive environment while upholding the company's standards of quality, integrity, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce consulting engagements, from strategy and design through implementation and adoption.
- Manage and oversee offshore delivery teams to ensure high-quality, timely, and efficient delivery.
- Drive the delivery of large-scale Salesforce and business transformation programs.
- Advise clients on Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, and innovative solutions.
- Lead and drive the adoption of AI, identifying relevant use cases and embedding AI into delivery.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members while promoting a healthy and inclusive working environment.
- Drive change management and user adoption of new functionality and processes.
- Identify market opportunities and support business development and thought leadership initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with professional, technical, and ethical standards, including the company's code of conduct.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Solid experience delivering Salesforce solutions and transformation programs.
- Experience managing offshore teams and complex stakeholder or people situations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms, architecture, and deployment best practices.
- Experience driving change management and user adoption of new functionality or processes.
- Understanding of AI capabilities and relevant business use cases.
- Salesforce certifications (preferred but not required).
- Commercial management experience, including contracting, pricing, and estimating consulting engagements.
- Ability to support code reviews and provide guidance on Salesforce and integration solutioning.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication (written & verbal) skills.
- Can start immediately, if possible.
