IT Audit Manager | Hybrid - Up to 180K Salary

About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced IT Audit Manager to join our client's team and lead IT audit and digital assurance initiatives. In this role, you will guide teams in evaluating clients' digital environments, IT controls, cybersecurity measures, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance and build trust in technology. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, manage complex projects, and mentor team members to deliver high-quality results while embracing technology and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and execution of IT controls solutions and service organization control (SOC) reports
• Manage client accounts, ensuring delivery of high-quality audit work and compliance with standards
• Analyze complex issues in IT environments to provide actionable insights and solutions
• Interface with clients and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes
• Utilize technology and digital tools to enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness
• Coach and develop team members, leveraging their strengths to build high-performing teams
• Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
• Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, including the company's code of conduct and independence requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; CPA or CISA is an advantage
• At least 6 years of combined experience in IT audit and external/internal audit
• Proficiency in IT controls solutions and service organization control (SOC) reports
• Knowledge of financial reporting and IT management controls
• Familiarity with Cloud computing, Oracle, SAP, and cybersecurity technologies
• Understanding of COSO Framework, CoBIT, and ITIL
• Experience in project management for IT audit engagements
• Strong leadership, team mentoring, and coaching skills
• Digital proficiency in Google & Microsoft Office Suites and Adobe Acrobat
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills
• Can start immediately, if possible
