About the Job:
We are looking for a motivated Revenue Cycle Managed Services Associate to join our client's team and support the delivery of healthcare revenue cycle solutions. In this role, you will assist in executing revenue cycle processes, supporting client engagements, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of operational tasks. You will work closely with senior team members to analyze processes, resolve issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support client-facing revenue cycle management activities and operational tasks
- Assist in executing front, middle, and back-office revenue cycle processes
- Perform data validation, documentation, and reporting activities as required
- Help identify process gaps and escalate issues to senior team members
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of work
- Support process improvement initiatives and efficiency enhancements
- Maintain compliance with established procedures, standards, and client requirements
- Communicate updates and issues clearly to team leads and stakeholders
- Participate in training and knowledge-building activities to develop expertise
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare operations, or related support roles
- Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes (front, middle, and back-office)
- Experience supporting or leading workstreams within client-facing engagements
- Proven ability to analyze processes and recommend operational improvements
- Familiarity with healthcare systems, workflows, and automation tools is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and support multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills
- Can start immediately, if possible
