About the Job:

We are looking for a SQL Specialist to join our client's technical support team and provide advanced support for cloud-based SaaS platforms. In this role, you will troubleshoot application issues, analyze backend data using SQL, and assist clients in resolving technical concerns, including API-related issues. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure system reliability, deliver excellent support, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for cloud-based SaaS applications and platforms.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application, system, and API-related issues.
• Write and execute SQL queries to analyze data and resolve backend concerns.
• Monitor, diagnose, and escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
• Support API connectivity issues, including GET/POST requests, authorization, and response validation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and support activities accurately.
• Assist clients with product-related inquiries and technical concerns.
• Ensure timely resolution of tickets while meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain a strong understanding of SaaS products, platform functionality, and API integrations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1+ years of hands-on SQL experience, with exposure to API support/integration.
• Experience supporting SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) products or platforms is a big plus.
• Ability to write and execute SQL queries for troubleshooting and data analysis.
• Basic understanding of APIs, HTTP methods, and authorization concepts is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
• Willing to work onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig City.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
• Can start immediately, if possible.
