About the Job:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Virtual Assistant to join our client's team and help healthcare providers manage daily clinic operations while ensuring excellent patient service. Your tasks include scheduling appointments, verifying insurance eligibility, securing treatment authorizations, and assisting with billing tasks such as submitting claims and resolving EOB issues. You will also handle calls, answer patient inquiries, update records in the EHR system, and ensure smooth follow-ups and administrative processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in any Medical-Allied course.
• Experience is not required (training provided).
• Knowledgeable in medical terminologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and English communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable using EHR systems.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to a clinics dynamic environment.
• Willing to work in US hours (graveyard shift).
• Can start immediately, if possible.
