About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Total Rewards Senior Manager to join our client's team and lead the design, implementation, and management of innovative compensation and benefits programs. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping them navigate complex talent management challenges while guiding high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results. You will leverage your deep expertise in total rewards, particularly compensation planning, along with your strategic thinking and leadership skills to drive employee engagement, foster collaboration, and promote continuous improvement in a dynamic, fast-paced, and complex global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement total rewards strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring compensation programs directly support business results.
  • Lead compensation planning initiatives, including job architecture, benchmarking, and market analysis.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data using advanced Excel modeling to inform decision-making and enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Prepare clear, insightful, and persuasive presentations for senior leadership using PowerPoint.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to strengthen employee engagement and retention across diverse teams and markets.
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation practices.
  • Lead initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in rewards programs.
  • Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging innovations in total rewards, particularly within complex global organizations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of solid experience in total rewards, with a strong focus on compensation planning.
  • Experience working in a complex global organization; background in a professional services firm is a plus.
  • Certified Total Rewards Professional or Certified Compensation and Benefits Professional preferred.
  • Expert in compensation design, job architecture, market analysis, and benchmarking.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data modeling and strong proficiency in PowerPoint for executive-level presentations.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect compensation philosophy and programs to overall business strategy.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders, navigate change, and build relationships across diverse cultures and teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
  • Can start immediately, if possible.
