About the Job:

We are looking for an SAP BODS Consultant Senior Associate to join our client's Digital Core Modernisation practice and support data management, integration, and analytics initiatives. In this role, you will analyze client requirements, design and implement SAP data solutions, develop data models, and perform data analysis to support data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with clients and technical teams to improve data quality, accessibility, and management processes while providing technical guidance, training, and support for SAP data and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client requirements and design SAP data management, integration, and analytics solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain data models to support reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Develop data integration and migration solutions to improve data quality, accessibility, and consistency.
• Utilize SAP BusinessObjects BI and SAP Analytics Cloud to create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Work with SAP BW/4HANA for data modeling, development, and analytics solutions.
• Utilize SAP Data Intelligence Cloud to support data integration, management, and advanced data processing requirements.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand data requirements and optimize data management processes.
• Validate data quality, security, and integrity across SAP data environments.
• Develop and implement data quality improvement strategies and solutions.
• Provide training, technical guidance, and support to clients on SAP data and analytics tools.
• Support SAP implementation, enhancement, integration, and migration projects.
• Apply analytical and critical thinking to solve complex data and technical challenges.
• Build strong client relationships and communicate technical concepts effectively to business and technical stakeholders.
• Navigate complex and ambiguous situations while maintaining high standards of quality and delivery.
• Stay current with emerging SAP data and analytics technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in SAP data management, analytics, business intelligence, or related technologies.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services).
• Strong experience in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence (BI).
• Experience with SAP BW on HANA, including data modeling and development.
• Experience with SAP BW/4HANA and/or SAP Data Intelligence Cloud is an advantage.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud and data visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of data integration, data migration, data modeling, and data quality concepts.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business users.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven consulting skills.
• Ability to work effectively with clients, functional consultants, and technical teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in complex and ambiguous environments with strong learning agility.
