About the Job:

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Audit Manager to join our client's dynamic assurance team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the execution of audit engagements from planning to completion.
  • Oversee multiple client portfolios and ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop audit team members to strengthen their technical and professional growth.
  • Analyze complex accounting and business issues to provide practical recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable auditing and accounting standards.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and collaboration.
  • Promote efficiency, innovation, and a client-focused approach across engagement teams.
  • Uphold the highest standards of quality, integrity, and professionalism in all audit activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; a Certified Public Accountant is required.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in external audit
  • At least 2 years of leadership and people management experience.
  • Strong understanding of audit methodologies and compliance standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
