Inpatient Medical Coder | Hybrid - Up to 70K Salary

Job Expectations:

• Position Type: Experienced - Med/Senior
• Employment Type: Full-Time; Permanent (Direct Hire)
• Work Setup & Location: Hybrid - McKinley Hill, Taguig
• Work Schedule: Mondays - Fridays; Day Shift / Shifting Schedule
• Number of Headcounts Needed: 20 FTEs
• Industry: Healthcare

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in MedTech, Nursing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of solid experience in inpatient medical record coding.
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems, as well as EMR/EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, 3M Encoder).
• AHIMA or AAPC coding certification (CCS, CPC, or COC) is required.
• Demonstrated expertise in coding productivity management, quality assurance, and performance improvement.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to accuracy and compliance.
• Proficiency in 3M coding software and related HIM applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills with a focus on collaboration and mentorship.
• Willing to work mid or night shift, if needed.
• Can start immediately, if possible.
