About the Job:
We are seeking a Marketing Technology Specialist to join our client's global MarTech team. In this role, you will support marketing and business development initiatives by integrating people, processes, data, and technology. You will manage complex email campaigns and automation workflows using platforms such as Cvent and Marketo, driving operational efficiency, adoption, and continuous improvement across the marketing technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a connector between the MarTech team and stakeholders across teams and regions, providing solution-oriented guidance and fostering collaboration.
- Act as a trusted advisor on marketing technology platforms, tools, and processes, with a focus on email and automation workflows.
- Support day-to-day operations and improvement of MarTech processes, platforms, and workflows, ensuring data integrity and effective campaign execution.
- Execute and optimize complex email campaigns, ensuring best practices in segmentation, personalization, deliverability, and compliance.
- Assist in managing marketing technology solutions, translating objectives into technical requirements, and supporting upgrades and enhancements.
- Collaborate with vendors on product roadmaps, beta testing, and solution improvements.
- Facilitate onboarding, change management, upskilling, and adoption of new technologies and operating models.
- Maintain continuous learning to enhance personal and team technical skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- 4+ years of solid experience in email marketing and marketing automation.
- Hands-on experience with Marketo and/or Cvent; knowledge of HubSpot, Eloqua, or other automation tools.
- Strong experience in business services (not field operations) and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of CRM principles, data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and virtual/hybrid event support.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Technical skills in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, SQL, data visualization, or UX/UI principles are a plus..
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and English communication (written & verbal) skills.
