About the Job:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Salesforce Developer Senior Associate to join a dynamic Business Application Consulting team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance user experience and support business growth. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, solve complex problems, and deliver high-quality technical solutions. This position also involves mentoring junior developers, improving system performance, and contributing to continuous innovation within Salesforce environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs
• Build and enhance Lightning Web Components to improve user experience
• Develop and optimize Apex code to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Analyze complex technical and business issues and provide effective solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Mentor and guide junior developers to support their technical growth
• Maintain compliance with Salesforce best practices, standards, and guidelines
• Support integration of Salesforce with external systems and middleware platforms
• Interpret data and system behavior to provide insights and recommendations for improvements
• Contribute to maintaining high-quality deliverables and professional client interactions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 4+ years of solid experience in Salesforce development or related roles
• Strong experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce platform development
• Knowledge or experience in Salesforce cloud offerings (Sales, Service, etc.) preferred
• Familiarity with integration tools or middleware platforms is an advantage
• Understanding of Salesforce security tools, such as Salesforce Shield, is a plus
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer, and Salesforce Certified Administrator are preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication (written & verbal) skills
• Can start immediately, if possible
