About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Cyber Data & Tech Risk Managed Services Director to join our client's team and lead cybersecurity managed services operations. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through complex cyber challenges while overseeing high-performing teams to deliver secure and innovative solutions. You will leverage your leadership, technical expertise, and strategic vision to drive business growth, enhance client satisfaction, and foster a collaborative, forward-thinking cybersecurity environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the cybersecurity managed services team to ensure effective service delivery across multiple domains.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and operational excellence.
• Maintain executive-level client relationships to enhance trust and satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop future leaders within the cybersecurity domain.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement among team members.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, professional codes of conduct, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify gaps and opportunities for operational enhancement.
• Promote a proactive approach to risk management, incident response, and security solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 14+ years of solid experience in cybersecurity operations (SOC, IAM, VM, SecOps) with multi-domain management
• Security certifications (e.g., Security+, CEH, CISM)
• Proven leadership in building, mentoring, and managing diverse, high-performing teams
• Experience developing and implementing new service offerings and leveraging automation technologies
• Understanding of consulting and managed services delivery models
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills
• Can start immediately, if possible
