About the Job:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our client's team and support Partner(s)/Director(s) in managing daily administrative and operational tasks. In this role, you will be responsible for handling correspondence, managing diaries and meetings, coordinating travel, and planning events. You will also assist with financial reporting, recruitment administration, onboarding and offboarding processes, and stakeholder coordination. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities, and excellent communication skills to effectively support senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage correspondence and calendars using Microsoft Office.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, and take minutes when required.
- Arrange domestic and international travel and process related expenses.
- Assist with events and other administrative tasks.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Prepare reports and assist with financial and operational tasks.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting international clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong skills in meeting management, diary coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Can start immediately, if possible.
