About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Quality and Compliance Senior Manager to join our client's team and lead end-to-end quality and risk governance across advisory engagements. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping teams and stakeholders navigate complex challenges while ensuring delivery excellence. You will leverage your expertise in quality management, risk assessment, and operational excellence to drive innovation, mentor teams, and promote a culture of continuous improvement in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee enterprise risk management and quality assurance projects.
  • Develop and implement innovative risk assessment strategies and governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify, mitigate, and monitor potential risks.
  • Guide teams through complex problem-solving scenarios and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across multiple levels.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to team members on quality, compliance, and ISMS processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging practices in quality and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 10+ years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or risk management.
  • Leading industry certifications in quality management (preferred).
  • Advanced knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and dashboarding skills for quality and risk metrics.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively and influence decisions.
  • Experience driving continuous improvement, Lean/Six Sigma, and automation initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication (written & verbal) skills.
  • Can start immediately, if possible.
