About the job:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance & Permits Officer to join our client's team and help ensure full regulatory compliance and efficient permit management throughout all phases of the project. In this role, you will support the preparation, submission, and tracking of various permit applications while maintaining accurate records and documentation. You will assist in interpreting regulatory requirements, implementing compliance policies, and coordinating with agencies such as DENR, NCIP, MWSS, DPWH, and LGUs to secure necessary approvals. Additionally, you will help maintain a centralized database of all permits and provide regular reports to the Compliance and Permits Manager. This position also involves cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and consultants to align compliance efforts with project goals and timelines. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in water infrastructure or a similar industry.
  • Experience in dealing with DENR, NCIP, LLDA, LGU, NWRB, MWSS, and other relevant permitting agencies.
  • Strong sense of drive and ability to thrive under the urgency and demands of ongoing projects.

Able to work in either of the following sites (required):

  • Rodriguez, Rizal
  • Pakil, Laguna

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of permitting processes and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
  • Effective communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles.
