About the Job:

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer Manager to join our client's Software and Product Innovation team and lead the development of modern, scalable cloud-native applications. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery, guide development teams, and ensure high-quality solutions across both frontend and backend systems. You will also mentor developers, manage client expectations, and drive technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of full-stack, cloud-native applications.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, scalability, and timely execution.
• Manage and mentor development teams, supporting technical growth and performance.
• Drive frontend development using modern frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, or Next.js.
• Ensure high-quality UI development using Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
• Guide implementation of build tools such as Vite or Webpack.
• Promote testing best practices using tools like Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and manage expectations.
• Support backend integration using RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Foster Agile practices, CI/CD adoption, and continuous improvement across teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of solid experience in Java/JEE full stack development.
• Strong experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Vue, Angular, or Next.js.
• Experience with UI frameworks such as Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
• Proficiency with build tools such as Vite or Webpack.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Experience managing or leading development teams is required.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Agile development practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Can start immediately, if possible.
