About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced Advisory Quality Senior Manager to join our client's team and lead quality, risk management, and governance across Advisory engagements. In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging your expertise to drive delivery excellence, implement innovative risk strategies, and guide teams through complex problem-solving scenarios. You will mentor and coach team members, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement. This position offers the opportunity to shape quality practices, influence strategic decisions, and contribute to a dynamic and inclusive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee enterprise risk management and quality governance projects.
  • Develop and implement innovative risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential risks.
  • Guide and mentor teams through complex problem-solving and decision-making scenarios.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Provide coaching and professional development for team members.
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in quality management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Accountancy, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in quality management, risk governance, or related roles.
  • Advanced knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and quality frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, dashboarding, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience mentoring teams and leading process improvement initiatives.
  • Certifications in quality management, Lean/Six Sigma, or ISMS preferred.
  • Ability to translate complex technical and risk concepts into actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
  • Can start immediately, if possible.
