About the Job:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Virtual Assistant to support our client's healthcare team in daily clinic operations, delivering excellent patient service. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, obtaining treatment authorizations, assisting with billing tasks such as claim submission and EOB resolution, handling calls, responding to patient inquiries, updating EHR records, and ensuring smooth follow-ups and administrative processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any Medical-Allied course.
• Open to fresh graduates; experience is not required (training will be provided).
• Knowledgeable in medical terminologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and English communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Proficient in computer applications and comfortable using EHR systems.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to a clinic's dynamic environment.
• Willing to work in US hours (graveyard shift).
• Can start immediately, if possible.
