About the Job:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Internal Audit Senior Associate to join our client's team and support various audit engagements across Advisory, Assurance, Tax, and Business Services. In this role, you will assist in managing audit projects, develop risk-based plans, and guide junior staff while ensuring compliance with internal controls. Working closely with stakeholders, you will analyze findings, recommend enhancements, and contribute to continuous improvement in audit processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing audit projects and compliance checks.
• Develop risk-based audit plans to ensure productive and effective audits.
• Mentor junior auditors and support their professional development.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate audit success.
• Analyze audit findings and recommend process improvements.
• Support operational and IT audits, including non-SOX and ad hoc engagements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the internal audit function.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Internal Audit preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of solid internal audit experience, including operational or IT audits (non-SOX audit focus)
• Experience in non-SOX audits, ad hoc processes, and willingness to handle new audit areas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with audit tools, analytics, and visualization platforms is a plus.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Certified Internal Financial Auditor (CIFA) preferred.
