About the Job:
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist (KOL PM) to join our client's team and lead influencer marketing and TikTok campaign initiatives. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies focused on increasing brand visibility, engagement, and conversions within the beauty and skincare industry. You will collaborate with influencers, manage KOL partnerships, analyze campaign performance, and optimize marketing efforts to achieve strong ROI and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute TikTok marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage influencer marketing campaigns from planning to execution and performance tracking.
- Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with TikTok KOLs, including macro and nano influencers.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive KOL database with influencer profiles and segmentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to align campaign objectives and timelines.
- Brief influencers on campaign requirements and oversee content development and delivery.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging strategies.
- Stay updated on TikTok platform trends, user behavior, and beauty/skincare industry developments.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, impressions, engagement, and ROI.
- Prepare reports, insights, and recommendations to continuously optimize marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- Experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or TikTok marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of TikTok content trends, platform behavior, and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience working with influencers, content creators, and social media campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and ROI metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the beauty, skincare, or lifestyle industry is an advantage.
- Target-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and creativity.
