About the Job:

We are looking for a Medical Transcriptionist to join our client's healthcare support team and provide accurate transcription services for medical documentation. In this role, you will interpret and transcribe a wide range of medical reports, including physician dictations, operative notes, medical histories, physical examination reports, and patient records. You will play a critical role in ensuring complete, accurate, and timely documentation that supports quality patient care and healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transcribe medical dictations, reports, and patient records with a high level of accuracy.
  • Interpret and document physician notes, operative reports, histories, and physical examinations.
  • Review transcribed documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Ensure proper use of medical terminology, abbreviations, and healthcare documentation standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information at all times.
  • Identify and clarify unclear or incomplete dictations when necessary.
  • Manage transcription workloads and meet productivity and quality targets.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and support teams to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Maintain organized records and support continuous process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year Allied Medical course such as Nursing, Medical Technology, and Pharmacy.
  • Previous medical scribing, healthcare documentation, or clinical experience is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of medical terminology.
  • Excellent active listening, typing, and auditory processing skills.
  • Ability to document accurately while listening to live patient consultations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig.
  • Willing to work night shifts supporting US-based clients.
