About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced Risk & Quality Manager to join our client's team and lead quality assurance, risk management, and compliance initiatives. In this role, you will oversee the quality assurance function, ensure adherence to audit standards and company policies, and drive operational effectiveness across engagements. You will guide and mentor team members, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and support the delivery of high-quality services. This position offers the opportunity to strengthen governance practices, enhance audit quality, and contribute to a dynamic and innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage quality assurance initiatives to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Oversee the execution of internal audits and quality reviews.
• Ensure compliance with audit standards, company policies, and procedures.
• Guide, mentor, and develop team members to achieve high performance.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Drive adherence to risk management frameworks and best practices.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and support client satisfaction.
• Encourage a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field; CPA is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in audit, risk, or quality assurance roles.
• Strong understanding of audit standards, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in leading teams and managing quality assurance functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (written and verbal).
• Can start immediately if possible.
