About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic SAP Basis Senior Manager to join our client's team and lead the management, implementation, and optimization of SAP solutions. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex SAP landscapes while guiding high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results. You will leverage your technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to drive operational excellence, foster collaboration, and promote continuous improvement in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients in optimizing their SAP application portfolios and overall SAP strategy.
• Lead the installation, configuration, administration, and support of SAP products and technologies.
• Deliver innovative solutions that combine technology with strategic insight.
• Oversee and mentor teams to ensure adoption of best practices and high-quality service delivery.
• Analyze client needs and tailor SAP solutions to achieve sustained business outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational improvements and drive efficiency.
• Monitor system performance, perform root cause analysis, and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Promote a culture of excellence, compliance, and professional standards within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of solid experience in SAP Basis administration and consulting.
• Strong expertise in SAP Application and HANA Database administration.
• Experience with UNIX/Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Proven skills in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
• Can start immediately, if possible.
