About the Job:

We are looking for an SAP BW/HANA Manager to join our client's Digital Core Modernization practice and lead data management, analytics, and business transformation initiatives. In this role, you will oversee the design and implementation of SAP data solutions, analyze complex client requirements, and guide teams in delivering effective data models, integrations, and analytics solutions. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to improve data management processes, support data-driven decision-making, and ensure successful project delivery while coaching team members and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP data management and analytics solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Analyze complex business and data requirements and develop data models to support reporting and decision-making.
• Lead data integration and migration initiatives using SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Data Intelligence Cloud.
• Oversee the development of reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BusinessObjects BI.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to optimize data management processes and improve data quality.
• Guide teams in the planning and execution of data-driven initiatives and consulting engagements.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and support to clients on SAP data and analytics solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, security, quality, and compliance across SAP data environments.
• Manage project deliverables and support successful execution against client expectations and timelines.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and adoption of innovative data and analytics technologies.
• Mentor and coach team members to strengthen their technical and consulting capabilities.
• Build strong client relationships and communicate complex data concepts and recommendations effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in SAP BW, SAP HANA, data analytics, or related technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BW/4HANA and SAP HANA.
• Strong experience in SAP BW on HANA data modeling and development.
• Experience with SAP Data Intelligence Cloud and data integration/migration projects.
• Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BusinessObjects BI/reporting.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, data migration, data quality, and analytics.
• Experience leading data and analytics projects or technical teams.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience coaching and mentoring technical team members.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in complex and evolving environments.
• SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions are an advantage, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform certifications.
