About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced Advisory Quality Senior Associate to join our client's team and support delivery teams in enhancing quality, risk management, and compliance across projects. In this role, you will help teams implement quality controls, identify and mitigate risks, and provide actionable insights to improve processes. You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with stakeholders, and build strong client relationships while navigating complex project environments. This position offers the opportunity to deepen technical expertise, grow your personal brand, and contribute to continuous improvement in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and assess enterprise risk management and quality frameworks.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance compliance and risk mitigation strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve project governance and delivery quality.
- Mentor junior staff in risk assessment, quality assurance, and process improvement methodologies.
- Develop and implement protocols to maintain and monitor quality standards.
- Stay current on regulatory requirements, industry trends, and best practices.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective project delivery.
- Utilize analytical tools to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accountancy, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in quality, delivery governance, risk management, or process assurance roles.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and quality frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement initiatives is a plus.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
- Can start immediately, if possible.
