About the Job:

We are looking for an SAP ABAP Manager to join our client's Business Application Consulting team and support SAP implementation, development, and transformation projects. In this role, you will analyze client requirements, design and implement SAP solutions, and provide technical guidance across SAP environments. You will work closely with clients, functional and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions while taking ownership of project delivery, mentoring team members, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and management of SAP software solutions to support client business objectives.
• Analyze client requirements and develop tailored SAP solutions to address business and technical needs.
• Design, develop, and enhance SAP solutions using ABAP and related SAP technologies.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies.
• Lead and guide teams in the development and execution of SAP projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Provide technical training, guidance, and support to clients to ensure effective adoption and utilization of SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver effective SAP solutions.
• Promote and support the use of SAP technologies such as SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, SAP NetWeaver, and other emerging SAP platforms.
• Take ownership of project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion while ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical and project-related issues, escalating when necessary.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, quality standards, and technical best practices across SAP solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within client operations.
• Coach and mentor team members, provide constructive feedback, and support their professional development.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, collaboration, and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 years of relevant SAP experience, with strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP ABAP and SAP Fiori.
• Experience with SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver.
• Experience in SAP implementation, development, enhancement, and support projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP technology and platform solutions.
• Experience leading SAP projects or technical teams, with the ability to guide and mentor team members.
• Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• SAP certifications related to SAP Technology and platform solutions are an advantage, such as SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture certifications.
• Strong understanding of process improvement, optimization, and technology-driven transformation.
