About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Manager to join our client's team and lead threat intelligence and SIEM solutions initiatives. In this role, you will plan, organize, and direct resources to manage client accounts and ensure successful cybersecurity project outcomes. You will mentor junior staff, enhance team performance, and leverage technology and innovation to deliver high-quality results while maintaining rigorous standards and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, direct, and control resources for SIEM solutions and cybersecurity initiatives
  • Manage client accounts and ensure successful project outcomes and high-quality deliverables
  • Focus on strategic planning, team leadership, and mentoring junior staff
  • Enhance leadership style to motivate, inspire, and develop team members
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and operational excellence
  • Utilize firm methodologies and technology resources to optimize delivery
  • Maintain elevated professional and technical standards in all engagements
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience solid in cybersecurity with strong experitise SIEM technologies such as Splunk, ArcSight, or Azure Sentinel
  • Ability to plan, organize, direct, and control technical resources and projects
  • Knowledge and experience with use case development using SPL/KQL
  • Development of dashboards, alerts, and reports
  • Experience with SOAR workflows and cybersecurity automation
  • Basic knowledge of User Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA) and Machine Learning models
  • Scripting knowledge in Python
  • Administration and optimization of Splunk Enterprise and Splunk ES
  • Familiarity with cloud and hybrid IT environments
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication (written & verbal) skills
  • Can start immediately, if possible
