About the Job:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Vulnerability Management Operations Senior Associate to join our client's Cybersecurity Incident Management team. In this role, you will lead advanced vulnerability operations and remediation governance for enterprise clients. You will act as a trusted technical resource, guiding remediation efforts, prioritizing vulnerabilities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance security posture. This position offers the opportunity to strengthen enterprise risk management, deliver impactful solutions, and grow your technical and professional expertise in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive vulnerability prioritization and remediation governance across enterprise clients.
  • Oversee and guide remediation efforts, ensuring alignment with compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Provide technical leadership to enhance organizational security practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen risk posture and support client objectives.
  • Analyze vulnerabilities to inform remediation strategies and risk-based decision-making.
  • Develop and implement frameworks for proactive vulnerability management.
  • Foster a culture of security awareness, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare technical and executive-level reports on vulnerability management initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of solid experience in Vulnerability Management operations.
  • Relevant certifications such as Tenable Nessus, Qualys, or CompTIA Security+ are preferred.
  • Proven ability in vulnerability analysis, risk prioritization, and remediation governance.
  • Experience developing and implementing automation or reporting scripts.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide actionable security insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
  • Can start immediately, if possible.
