About the Job:

We are looking for an SAP ABAP Senior Associate to join our client's team and support SAP implementation, enhancement, and migration projects. In this role, you will be responsible for developing ABAP solutions on SAP S/4HANA, preparing technical specifications, and ensuring successful testing and deployment of solutions. You will collaborate with functional and technical teams, resolve complex issues, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality SAP solutions while mentoring junior team members and maintaining project standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ABAP solutions for SAP implementation, support, enhancement, and migration projects.
• Design, build, and optimize custom programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms in SAP.
• Prepare detailed technical specifications and documentation based on business requirements.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure solution quality and reliability.
• Support SAP S/4HANA development activities and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions.
• Analyze complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Mentor junior team members and promote development best practices.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and delivery expectations.
• Support integration and interface development across SAP and third-party applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
• At least 2 years of experience in OData development using SAP Gateway.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA development and implementation projects.
• Experience in SAP UI5/Fiori application development.
• Knowledge of SAP Financials, SAP Logistics, and/or SAP HR modules.
• Experience with SAP BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services) is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in SAP PI/PO/HCI development and integration technologies.
• Understanding of web development frameworks and modern SAP application development practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
• Can start immediately, if possible.
