About the Job:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Legal Privacy Technology Analyst to join our client's team and support the implementation and maintenance of privacy-enhancing technologies and regulatory compliance initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with Legal, IT, Security, and Data Governance teams to integrate privacy controls into business processes and systems, ensuring adherence to standards such as SOX, PCI, HIPAA, and PII. You will conduct user access recertifications, perform privacy and data protection impact assessments, and assist in audit preparation through data validation, documentation, and evidence gathering. The position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate risks, enhance automation, and continuously improve privacy and compliance operations across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Information Technology, Security, or Compliance roles.
• Strong understanding of privacy and compliance frameworks (SOX, PCI, HIPAA, PII, ePHI).
• Experience with user access management, recertification processes, and audit support.
• Knowledge of data protection, privacy technologies, and identity and access management (IAM) tools.
• Privacy certifications such as CIPP/US, CIPT, or CIPM are a plus.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
