About the Job:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. In this role, you will drive qualified leads through webinars, quizzes, assessments, and booking funnels while monitoring campaign performance and ensuring compliance with financial services advertising guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Drive qualified leads through webinars, quizzes, assessments, and booking funnels.
- Build and refine audience targeting, including lookalike and retargeting campaigns.
- Manage email automation workflows, CRM handoffs, and booking integrations.
- Monitor campaign and funnel metrics such as cost per lead, completed assessments, and booked sessions.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages.
- Track and report campaign performance using tools such as Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and GA4.
- Ensure digital advertising campaigns follow applicable financial services advertising guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign performance and lead generation processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of $1,500-$7,000 or more.
- Google Ads certification or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Experience with lead generation, webinar, quiz, assessment, or booking funnels.
- Strong knowledge of tracking and reporting tools such as Facebook Pixel, GTM, and GA4.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, scheduling tools, and lead funnel integrations.
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, or another regulated industry.
- Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and English communication (written & verbal) skills.
