About the Job:

We are looking for an SAP ABAP Senior Manager to join our client's Business Application Consulting team and lead SAP technology initiatives, implementation, and business transformation projects. In this role, you will provide strategic and technical leadership across SAP solutions, with a strong focus on ABAP, SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, and SAP NetWeaver. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver effective solutions, drive continuous improvement, and resolve complex business and technical challenges while developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP technology initiatives, including the installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and solutions.
• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of SAP ABAP solutions to optimize business processes and operational efficiency.
• Provide strategic and technical direction for SAP implementation, transformation, and technology initiatives.
• Guide teams in strategic technology planning, solution delivery, and execution aligned with client objectives.
• Leverage SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP HANA, and SAP NetWeaver to deliver effective and innovative business solutions.
• Lead complex SAP implementations and business transformation projects from planning through successful delivery.
• Analyze complex business and technical challenges and identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs, validate outcomes, and incorporate feedback into solution delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing strategic guidance and technical expertise.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build high-performing, diverse, and collaborative teams.
• Provide leadership in resolving complex issues and making decisions that impact project and team effectiveness.
• Promote innovation, inclusion, and adaptability across SAP projects and delivery teams.
• Ensure quality, compliance, technical standards, and delivery expectations are consistently met.
• Apply systems thinking to identify underlying issues and develop sustainable solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of extensive SAP experience, with strong hands-on expertise in SAP ABAP.
• Advanced knowledge and experience in SAP ABAP and SAP Fiori.
• Strong experience with SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver.
• Experience leading complex SAP implementations, transformation initiatives, and technology projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP technology and platform solutions.
• Proven experience in strategic technology planning, process optimization, and automation.
• Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring technical teams and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders, communicate complex concepts, and present recommendations effectively.
• SAP certifications related to SAP Technology and platform solutions are an advantage, such as SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture certifications.
