Customer Service Representative | w/14th month pay

Job Expectations:

• Position Type: Individual Contributor - Associate

• Number of Headcounts: 200+ FTEs Available
• Work Schedule: Weekdays; Graveyard Shift
• Industry: Digital IT Solutions & Consulting

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to financial or insurance products promptly.
• Assist customers with product or policy inquiries, account or order processing, and issue resolution.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products, services, and basic financial/insurance processes to provide accurate information.
• Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for compliance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and service delivery.

Job Requirements:

• BPO calls/voice support experience (preferably in financial services or insurance accounts)
• Excellent interpersonal and English communication (written and verbal) skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle sensitive financial information
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficient in basic computer navigation and troubleshooting
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks
• Can start immediately, if possible
