Founding Full-Stack/ML Engineer

As a Founding Engineer, youll work directly with the founders to architect, build, and scale the platform from 0 to 1. Youll take full ownership of core features, shape the product roadmap, and drive technical execution in an environment that values speed, iteration, and excellence.

Own and ship features end-to-end, from architecture to deployment.

Build robust integrations + data ontology mapping tooling to streamline ingest and normalization of 3rd-party data, delivering enterprise-grade durability, scalability, and rapid customer deployments.

Develop and maintain intuitive, functional UIs pushing the envelope on AI product patterns and moving beyond simple chatbots to create more immersive, assistive experiences.

Architect & build agentic solutions that automate complex workflows while advancing applied AI from long-term agent memory to enhancing LLMs with reinforcement learning.

Work closely with customers, iterating rapidly to refine and improve the product.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling a high-impact platform that will shape the future of revenue operations.

Salary

$150k - $250k (For every $1M in ARR we hit within your first 12 months, you earn a cash bonus equal to your entire base salary. For example: our lowest base is $150K. If we hit $2M of ARR, we'll give you a $300K cash bonus. No cap, no back-loaded options, just revenue in, cash out.)
